Common questions

How do I delete my account? In the app: Profile, then "Delete my account". Your account and its private data are deleted immediately, and the places you added stay on the map without your name. If you cannot open the app, email us from the address you signed up with and we will delete the account within 30 days.

Why does the app ask for my location? To show nearby places and how far they are, to confirm a visit when you check in, and to record a trail when you start recording.

I found wrong information about a place. Use the report button on the place page, or email us the place name and the correction.
