By using Travelermap, provided by Travelermap Agency, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and what is posted from it. Your sign-up details must be accurate, and you must be 13 or older.

Content you add

• You keep ownership of the places, photos and reviews you add, and give us a non-exclusive, free, worldwide licence to host, copy, resize, format and show them in the app and on its website for as long as they are published there.
• Only add content you have the right to share and that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• Not allowed: offensive or unlawful content, ads and spam, personal information about others, and private places without their owners' permission.
• Our team may edit or remove content that breaks these terms and suspend accounts that do.

Travelermap's rights

The app and its website, including the code, design, logo, texts, database and the Travelermap name, belong to Travelermap Agency and are protected by intellectual property laws, while what members add stays theirs. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer the app, collect its content in bulk by automated means, or use the name or logo without our written permission.

If you believe content in the app infringes your rights, write to support@travelermap.app with a description of the content and proof that it is yours, and we will review it and remove it if needed.

Information and safety

Place information is added by travelers or comes from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date. Check roads, weather, opening times and local rules before you go; you are responsible for your own safety on trips and trails.

Traveler points

Points and ranks are for fun and motivation. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Liability

We provide the app as it is and work to keep it running without interruption, but cannot guarantee it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for harm resulting from relying on information in the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
